Contact us via email or phone with information regarding the case. Email is the ideal way to contact for routine, non-emergent cases.

The referring Veterinarian is the only way to get the surgery scheduled with us. It is required that we work together to provide the best care for the patient.

Testing would be required by your primary Veterinarian, but we do have recommendations to ensure each patient is safe for anesthesia and recovery. Pre-surgical bloodwork is always recommended, and other diagnostics can be determined by the surgical procedure being recommended.

Recheck or follow-up visits will be performed by the primary Veterinarian and Dr. Bertsch will be happy to offer direction if needed. The primary Veterinarian can contact us at any time with follow-up radiographs, videos or pictures if needed.

Your primary Veterinarian can discuss the case and if further questions come up Dr. Bertsch may be able to speak with you over the phone or prior to surgery.

Dr. Bertsch is always willing to consult with any case while there for other surgeries or a consultation can be scheduled ahead of time with the primary Veterinarian.
